Our Wedding Packages
We want you to have the wedding of your dreams, and we have three packages that can help you make it a reality.
Prime Season
Prime Season captures the height of wedding season – when days are long, landscapes are lush, and celebrations unfold effortlessly under open skies. Designed for couples seeking a refined yet joyful destination wedding, this season highlights natural beauty, warm light, and seamless hosting.
[Prime Season runs from May 15th to September 14th]
- Venue: Designated space for the ceremony. Large event tent for the reception. Recommended up to 150 people. Outdoor cocktail hour space.
- In-House Coordination: Lead coordinator plus support team. [In-House coordination focuses exclusively in venue-related logistics and operation. Not for wedding planning]
- Accommodation: A 2-night stay in a luxury tent for the couple.
- Beauty Needs: Hair and makeup for the bride.
- Decor: Standard setup, including tables, chairs, plates, glasses, silverware, and standard linen. Includes a table for the couple.
- Beverages: A selection of soft drinks and juices.
- Extras: Complimentary parking for guests, use of audio-visual equipment for speeches

Golden Glam Season
Golden Glam Season begins when nature changes its colors. As the landscape transforms into rich, dramatic hues, weddings take on a bold elegance defined by refined details, cinematic light, and elevated style. This is our signature season – crafted for couples who desire an unforgettable, fashion-forward destination experience.
[Golden Glam Season runs from September 15th to November 15th]
- Venue: Premium space for ceremony. Large event tent for the reception. Recommended up to 150 people. Outdoor cocktail hour space.
- In-House Coordination: Lead coordinator plus support team. [In-House coordination focuses exclusively in venue-related logistics and operation. Not for wedding planning]
- Accommodation: A 2-night stay in a luxury tent for the couple.
- Beauty Needs: Hair and makeup for the bride.
- Decor: A more elegant setup, including upgraded chairs, plates, glasses, silverware, and premium linen. Includes a special table for the couple.
- Beverages: A wider selection of soft drinks and juices.
- Extras: Complimentary parking for guests, enhanced audio-visual package.

Intimate Weekday Wedding Collection
The Intimate Weekday Wedding Collection is designed for couples who want their wedding day to feel personal and deeply intentional. Perfect for an intimate celebration. All the amenities of our weekend package, with a smaller guest list and a curated premium experience. [Typically 4-8 hour window for your event]
- Venue: Exclusive outdoor space for ceremony. Large event tent for reception, which includes a dance floor, a stage, and a outdoor space. Recommended up to 60 people. Outdoor cocktail hour space.
- In-House Coordination: Lead coordinator plus support team. [In-House coordination focuses exclusively in venue-related logistics and operation. Not for wedding planning]
- Beauty Needs: Hair and makeup for the bride.
- Decor: A first-class set-up, including elegant chairs, string lighting, elegant plates, glasses, and silverware, and luxurious linen. Includes a special table for the couple.
- Beverages: A full selection of soft drinks and juices.
- Extras: Complimentary parking for guests, latest audio-visual package.

Payment Plans
With our various payment plans, you can pay off the price for your event in consistent payments based on how early you booked your event. [Here is an example of a payment plan. If you booked your event 12 months in advance, you would pay a 25% down payment, and then you would pay the difference in a span of 11 months.] [We require that the entire payment must be finished 30 days before the event date]
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or change your reservation 6 months prior to your event. If you change dates, you will be responsible to pay for any increase in rates that may apply. If you wish to cancel or move your reservation and it is less than 6 months prior to your event, your down payment will be non-refundable, and we might not be able to reschedule your reservation because of the lack of availability of dates to reschedule. We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. We strongly recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance.
